Questions we get asked
How long does a website take?
Most websites launch within two to four weeks, and a month at the latest once we have your content. Shops and web apps with more moving parts can take a little longer, and we agree a launch date with you before we start. A technical SEO audit takes 24 hours.
How do payments work?
You can pay by Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AT Money), bank transfer in cedis, or card through a Paystack payment link. Clients outside Ghana can pay in US dollars by card or wire transfer. The payment schedule is written into your quote before any work starts.
Who owns the website when it’s finished?
You do. The domain, the hosting account, the code, the content and every login belong to your business, and we work inside them. If you ever move to another developer, everything they need is already in your hands.
Do you work on sites someone else built?
Yes, a lot of our work starts that way: slow sites, updates that broke something, hacked sites and plugins nobody remembers installing. We find out what’s there first, then tell you honestly whether it needs a tune-up or a rebuild.
Do you work with clients outside Ghana?
Yes. We work remotely with clients in Ghana and abroad over WhatsApp, email and calls, and clients outside Ghana can pay in US dollars.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your site’s address if you have one, what you want the site to do, and any content you already have. When we need access to your hosting or WordPress, we’ll ask you to create a separate login for us, so you never have to send a password over WhatsApp or email.
What happens after launch?
You can look after the site yourselves and call us when you need something, or put it on a monthly care plan: we handle updates, backups, monitoring and fixes, and send you a plain-English report every month. If the site ever goes down or gets hacked, you get a reply within 1 hour, 8am to 10pm Ghana time.
Will a new website hurt my Google rankings?
Not if the move is planned. We keep the addresses of pages that rank, redirect every page that moves to its new home, carry over titles and descriptions that work, and watch Search Console for the weeks after launch.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for first drafts of code, reading server logs and sorting large amounts of SEO data. A person reviews and tests everything before it reaches your site, and passwords and customer data never go into an AI tool.
